Now-a-days , our world is using one of worst weapon in the field of education, that are schools . I used the word "worst weapon" because schools are reducing the capability of thinking of our children. I am not telling that schools,principals , teachers, are bad I am just telling that the system of education in majority of schools are bad.
I want to share a video which is based on schools and education made by prince ya(a you tuber) .

In this video prince ya explains about true meaning of education and how schools have likely to be in reality. He said that schools are useless, that's why in this video he again and again arise question that what are schools for?
In our schools , principals , teachers,students are only focusing on one thing that is marks. They are ready to do anything so that their students gain good marks. Instead researching on a particular concept, students just always ask ,is it gonna be in our test . Like mathematics , art and dance will also be given same priority. Because each and every student has its own field of action . This video explains clearly about one of the great quote of Albert Einstein:- If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree , it will live its whole life believing that it is "stupid". Similarly if we judge a person by its ability to do work in the field which he don't likes, then that person will live its whole life regreting. Today ,majority of parents, and teachers are doing same thing ,they are ready to do everything to make a fish climb on a tree. We don't have to use education to train our mind to gain marks ,instead we have to use education to train our mind to think. Many people arise a question here without marks how they get success in their life ,I just want to tell them one thing that if you follow excellence , success will follow you. And best way to follow excellence is to train your mind to think not only deeply but also clearly. There are many students in one class ,each with different mindset, skills , thinking ,but they all are being taught same things and in a same way. This is where schools fails, this fault in our schools leads to uncreativeness. We have to make a new good education system instead of these silly system of schools .
We have to always remember "don't teach a particular student according to curriculum instead ,teach the curriculum according to particular student."

"Remember schools are for creating human beings with well formed mind and with well developed skills , not for creating.. "uncreative robots."
First i want to explain the quote given by 'Mark Twain' which is mentioned in this video by prince EA that :-"I never let my schooling interfare with my education". This quote clearly tells us that education of schools really sucks. There are many great people who get dropped out from there schools. They have a faith in their own education , that's why they are able to get enough confidence to get drop out from school without thinking about what society tells . Those who want to get drop out from school , but they can't because of society then this qoute given by 'Mark Twain' will help them a lot . This quote tells us that don't bother about your school education , their way of teaching and their purpose behind education is useless. Believe in the way in which you learn and what you love to do . Textbooks are not only the things which make you understand all the concepts related to education. There is a lot of need of practical based education in today's world .Suppose you are doing maths or physics , these are the subjects which are totally based on visualising the concepts , the best way to visualise them is practicals. We have to use 20 percent textbooks or writings and 80 percent practicals and real life applications in mathematics and physics . More experiments means more discoveries. Experiments generally means trying something new, different and interesting. A child who is only educated in schools is an uneducated child. Schools take test of students to Check whether they understand or not, that's the wrong way ,how we can check whether we understand or not by giving tests to others ? We can only check it by giving the test to ourselves.
"So remember true education is when ,it makes you happy and makes you satisfied. True education always gives you chance to explore you and your sorroundings deeply."
