To know how to become physically fit person first we have to know why we need to become physically fit person.


There is a great need to remain physically fit . Because a physically fit person is considered to be a healthy person. One can avoid lethal diseases like cancer , tuberculosis etc , if he / she is physically fit . All the processes occurring in a physically fit person are normal. By remaining physically fit one can avoid mental stress and keep his/her mind fresh and calm.

How to be physically fit? 

The one of the best way to remain physically fit is doing exercise regularly . It could be at your home or gym . I prefer you to do exercise at your home rather than gym , now I don't want to go in deep of this topic where to exercise , if you want to go to gym that's fine no problem . The main topic of your discussion is what is the purpose of your exercise .
Infact , according to my point of view the purpose of exercise is to make your body flexible , strong and healthy. And exercise plays a crucial role in maintaining these all three things along with your diet .
But as most people prefer gym than doing exercise at home , so their purpose is just building muscles , so that they look good , and smart. In order to complete this task of building muscles they are ready to anything. They start consuming protein powder in high amounts without taking in mind that the protein they are consuming is natural or not . And another wrong thing they do is that they stop doing running exercises , in order to prevent muscle collapsing. And this may have long term hazardous effects in their future. According to research running is one of the best exercise as compared to all other exercises.

According to my point of view one of the best way to become a physically fit person is 'climbing on trees.' 


Because tree climbing is a simple and natural way to become fit . We all know that there is a great need to strengthen our muscles and make your body flexible , if we want to be a fit person. Tree climbing helps to do both these jobs effectively . On the other hand it make our hand grip strong. Tree climbing can increase your control and coordination. You can perform your daily physical activities in a much more effective way if you do tree climbing. 

I prefer tree climbing more as compared to other exercises because of the theory of evolution of human beings.
We all know about the theory
evolution of human beings ,  that is our ancestors are monkeys. As monkeys climb trees , so it becomes so much necessary for modern human beings too.

Now to be a physically fit person, a single exercise is not enough . 'What we consume' is more important than exercise . According to me, what we eat has much broader effect on our health than exercise .

This line has a deep meaning in itself . If people will understand this line clearly ,then i think people can become more health conscious. Our health is 70% based on what we consume and 30% based on exercise . Now when we come to answer the question (what to consume? ) . I think majority people know :- Avoid fast food , eat healthy home made natural food . And definitely that's true . Now I am not going to tell you about all this stuff , this people already know and the need is to just follow what they know.

I am going to tell you about the one most dangerous thing which we eat daily without knowing how harmful it is to our health . And that dangerous thing is sugar ( C6H12O11, sucrose) . Yes, that's true , most people think how could sugar be a dangerous thing as it is one of the basic need . Now if you also belong to these people , then there is a great need to read this blog further.
Sugar , which is obtained from sugarcane after passing through various chemical refining processes. Sugarcane has a lot of health benefits but after passing through various refining processes all the naturally occuring nutrients from this sugarcane get vanished away . After refining the content left is just calories which is called as sugar . Sugar is not less than a drug . In an research it is found that sugar is eight times more addictive than cocaine . So sugar is a like a addictive danger to our health.
